Abstract |
This research attempts to reveal limitations and benefits of competence-based education while preserving analysis of respected education model. The research also suggests a way of composition in the competence-based education. The research takes a look at current competence-based curriculum in S-Woman’s University using of competence-based educational model concentrating on competence curriculum, diagnosis, and effect. In order to achieve successful educational goal, it is necessary to continuously monitor the effects of education. The goal of this research is extension of the issue that how the educational organizations leverage monitoring methodology.
The effects of competence-based education are enlightened in maximize manner when the students explore their career. Thus, the meaning of competence curricular lies whether the students efficiently perform their capabilities in a proper way. However, it is difficult for university to track down these competences because of various latent environmental situations. To overcome it, this research provides some alternative idea analyzing the effects of curriculum. Through this research, we wish universities can find needed components of competence-based educational model and establish ideological foundation to enhance their existing competence-based courses. |
