Abstract |
The purpose of the present study was certification of the effects of competence-based subject with educational methods. For this study design set up 3 experimental group namely, problem-based learning, self-directed learning, general lecture on competence development Ⅰ opened S Women’s University and 1 control group. The effects variables of competence development Ⅰ lecture was selected successful competence of organizational life, career decision-making, self-efficacy, career preparation activities. The results demonstrated that the effects of competence development Ⅰ lecture with educational methods was partially significant. In particular, it was found that all factor of career decision-making self-efficacy was significantly different among group. Moreover, it was found that 2 factor namely, challenge achievement and self professionalism of successful competence of organizational life was significantly different among group. Based on the test results, the significance of the study was discussed. |
