An Exploratory Study on Solutions for Teaching and Managing the Liberal Arts Classes at College to Improve Lecture Quality

Abstract
This study asked lecturers of liberal arts classes at college to identify problems generating from operating a class and solutions using content analysis. This study suggests effective approach to operating a class through linking the finding results with sociocultural characteristics of students while previous research discusses only problems of lecture content or educational contents at liberal arts classes. The result shows that the problems lecturers of liberal arts reported were categorized into education administration system and operating their class, and the solutions were drawn from those categories. This exploratory study is expected to help lecturers at liberal arts classes continue to work toward high-quality lecture.
