Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Participation Motivation of University Student Volunteers on Continuance willingness through self-efficiency and leadership living skill. The study conducted a survey and utilized 994 questionnaires to examine these structural relationships. The study demonstrated dual mediating effects through structural equation modeling.
This Study have confirmed that the Participation Motivation of University Student Volunteers is not only directly affecting the Continuance willingness of volunteers, but also the mediating effects on each self-efficiency and leadership living skill, and dual mediating effects on self-efficiency and leadership living skill.
The study is significant as it used structural equation model and comprehensively analyzed affects of participation motivation of university student volunteers, self-efficiency and leadership living skills on sustainment of volunteers. This study provide practice suggestions as well as future research needs for the management and guidance for volunteer services appropriate for university students. |
