Abstract
The purpose of this study was to attempt to find ways raising effectiveness teacher and peer feedback through digital platform applicated college writing education and writer as sense of responsibility generation possibility is suitable for digital literacy. Blog is the most suitable digital platform for college writing education because blog is possible to multiple communication through comments and to extend related discussion. The pattern of existing peer feedback is difficult to get effectiveness because feedback agents’ ability is uneven. Teacher’s feedback, commonly, is temporary. But if blog is applicated, it is possible to accomplish multiple and meta feedback and continuous exchange opinion between teacher and student or student and student and to look for vitalization of real audience awareness through communication through comments. The continuous interaction with real audience through blogging contribute to vitalize of writer’s audience awareness and form writer as sense of responsibility.
