Availability of the Agile Hochschuldidkaktik for creative teaching

Abstract
Korean universities are surrounded by the swirl of the fourth industrial revolution represented by artificial intelligence. In order to maintain the superiority of human beings beyond artificial intelligence, there is a growing demand for higher education to provide opportunities for creativity development beyond knowledge acquisition to create knowledge. In the knowledge-based society of the 21st century creative teaching methods are required to guide students to learn to develop their creativity because they need ability to create knowledge. In this context the faculty of the university should not only transfer their knowledge but also help them to develop their creative insights through creative teaching. Firstly, I summarized the major researches that mention knowledge creation and creative teaching methods. Secondly, this article introduced the main characteristics of the Agile Hochschuldidaktik which is recently studied in German-speaking countries and used in their higher education institutions. Finally, I sought to find out the possibility of using the new ideas in Korean universities. The contents here discussed will be able to contribute to the development of creative teaching methods applicable to Korean universities.
