Abstract
The Humanities are facing contradictory situation these days. The craze of the Humanities, which could be compared to the time of the Renaissance, might be interpreted as a sign of downfall or crisis on the contrary. Therefore, this thesis suggests the Narrative Literature as a more concrete methodological possibility to explain today s mysterious phenomenon on the Humanities. The Narrative could enable us to apply various knowledge of integration, communication and consilience in a flexible way and provides the basis of cultivating the proper critical abilities. The concrete methodologies of searching for the possibility of the Narrative Literature are as follows. First of all, the non-interdisciplinary education on Literature fields could raise problems. Therefore, we have to tear down walls between other academic majors. Second of all, since the selection of texts for the teaching targets has to function organically in the aspects of learning contents, methods and the education effects, reorganizing the lists of literary works and reading by different themes could be the practical methodology. Thirdly, we have to develop more concrete teaching manuals in search of the interrelation between the contents and methodologies in Education fields. In conclusion, this thesis proposes the Narrative Literature as a possible methodology to seek a way out in the crisis of the Humanities. The Narrative Literature bears great significance as for the prediction of the potential in Literature education.
