Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of character levels of college students on employment attitude and employment efficacy. In this study, 211 college students were used for final analysis. In this study, a total of 64 items including demographic survey items were used in this study to measure character levels, employment attitude, and employment efficacy.
The results of this study were as follows. First, the higher the level of character, the higher the attitude of employment. In other words, it can be seen that character education should be included in order to improve the employment attitude because character affects the attitude of work. Second, the level of character has a significant effect on the employment efficacy. In other words, in order to increase the sense of job efficacy, it is thought that education linked with character education should be carried out. The results of this study suggest that character education is a very important factor in employment education. In addition, character education is an education that must be carried out at college where career decisions should be made. The results of this study suggest that character education at college can help to establish practical education for employment and can be applied to the development and research of various programs linking character education and employment education. |
