Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of NCS - based curriculum. The following conclusions were drawn from the CIPP model. First, in the context evaluation, complaints on facilities and lack of practical materials were raised. Second, in the input evaluation, dissatisfaction with the instruction of the curriculum and the preparation of the instructor was not enough. Third, in the process evaluation, there was a positive evaluation of customized class contents reflected on the field and a negative evaluation of the lecture skill of the field expert. Fourth, in the product evaluation, it was shown that career choice was helpful and as a result, learner satisfaction was improved.
