Abstract |
The goal of this Thesis is to present Fusion-Music which is consist of 16 movements to realize “Suite-Cycle” for Korean traditional music Orchestra and Western style Orchestra. In this research, Especially, 1st Movement(Mystery of an Embryo) and 16th Movement(Dance of Death) are mainly analyzed. And “suite-Cycle by Dance Music is distinguished from other researches.
This distinction is originated from the intention of connecting not only Koreans phase, passion, dynamism, challenges and failures but also the engraved moment that is important in each period of human life with various musical genres. The subtitle s contents and scenes of 16 movements are presented by graph. 3 elements of Korean traditional music and 4 elements of Western music are analyzed and compared against one another. Futhermore, Form, Subject, Development, Contrast, Compound formation of Instruments and Orchestration, Structure distinction, Sigimse are analyzed objectively. Also, whole and parts are shown by implicative diagrams and reference musical scores to present both microscopic and macroscopic analysis.
In this thesis which is including analysis contents, creative and efficient teaching plan is suggested to maximize the effect of musical education. Also, Organization and unity that consist of dualistic creative thinking are analyzed. For analysis, this thesis is embossed the points through use together and about organization of traditional Korean Musical and contemporary western musical material. This analysis belongs to microscopic analysis which is centering on 4 subjects fitting for each situation of sub-titles.
Finally, this thesis builds the base of development, organization and creation of Fusion music. Futhermore, this thesis finds out a meaning that offers an important motive. |
