This study defines the interaction in the e-Learning class as effective communication and production of collective knowledge among instructor-students-students, and presupposes that the interaction can and must be enhanced in the e-Learning classes rather than in the conventional off-line ones. In the e-Learning class, there are various function-menu that can enhance the interaction effectively: Notification, Debate, Quiz etc. and eventually the off-line classes. We introduced them respectively with their modes of realization. When the instructors offer a swift and relevant feed-backs with positive mind and contents, and an eager attitude toward a more effective communication with the students, the students become highly motivated. And when the instructor are fully aware of the cyber-mind of the so called N generation and the mechanism of Web. 2.0 environment, the interaction become even more enhanced and stimulated.
