Abstract
The purpose of this study is to design and apply a convergence curriculum that can teach science history in liberal arts. The subjects were pre-service teachers who took science history classes, which was open an elective liberal arts class at the college of education. A syllabus for the university that can be used in the liberal arts classes was established by analyzing the literature of big history, extracting the convergence contents at the point of contact between big history and astronomy, and analyzing the videos shared as learning materials. The 15-week class was designed for the convergence curriculum and the History of the Universe and the Earth lecture was opened for field study. As a result, the pre- and post-mind map of pre-service teachers were examined to confirm the conception and the perception about the concept of space and earth.
