The case study of the college libetal education using ICT based podcast

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the students reaction by adapting the podcast which aims to improve students achievement in the general college writing and physics. The instructors made and published the podcast contents by themselves for the increasing textbook understanding and academic achievement. The advantages of the podcast are easy to create, modify, and distribute compared with other e-learning media. The analysis result of the podcast using classes showed that the students listened to the podcast by external motivation due to the preparation of the examination and they used it for post-study rather than pre-study. Also, some audiences were out of campus and this refers that the liberal art podcast contents has potential to educate not only enrolled students but also non-enrolled peoples.
