NCS Vocational Basic Ability Improvement through College General Curriculum

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate how to improve the basic skills of NCS based on liberal arts curriculum of junior colleges through case studies analyzing the degree of helping the improvement of the basic ability of the college through the liberal arts curriculum It has its purpose. For this purpose, 13 professors and 1460 students who have conducted Modern Society and Human curriculum at D area Y university College during the first and second semesters of the 2016 academic year will be given basic skills (communication ability, interpersonal relationship Ability). The questionnaire survey was conducted on a 3 likert scale. As a result, the overall average of the communication skills of the first and second semesters was 2.50 and 2.40, and the overall average of interpersonal abilities was 2.40 and 2.30, respectively. Which is generally reported to have helped the improvement. The overall average of communication skills in the first and second semesters was 2.49 and 2.56, and the overall average of interpersonal abilities was 2.45 and 2.49. The overall average of basic competence was 2.47 and 2.53 The evaluation also showed that the subject, like the teacher evaluation, helped to improve the basic skills of the profession. Therefore, a variety of cultures that help professional college students to grow into talented individuals with the qualities and competencies required by society are required to cultivate their ability to perform their jobs and their basic abilities through a curriculum that is shorter than that of general universities. The significance and limitations of this study as well as the need for the development of curriculum and curriculum were discussed.
