A Study on the Operation of RC Education in university

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present the results of current RC Education in domestic universities. Based on this, it is necessary for each university to prepare its own way to operate RC Education effectively as a new paradigm. To do this, we conducted research on six RC Universities in Korea. The content of this study was as follows. First, we looked at the type of RC as a paradigm of modern education. Second, we looked at the importance of university support for RC operations. Third, we looked at the objectives and operational characteristics of RC Education. As a result of this study, the following points were important to build RC Education system. First, we needed positive feedback on RC education through satisfaction survey. Second, exchanges between universities through RC outcomes and product sharing were important. Third, understanding the work of the RC practitioners was important.
