Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of microteaching techniques. P University applies these to all classrooms, to identify the impact on the effectiveness of the teaching experience. This study conducted primary and secondary teaching satisfaction surveys to determine the effect of microteaching on student learning satisfaction. Nine professors participated in this survey. Six professors out of the nine demonstrated improvements in ten evaluation items related to their teaching satisfaction. Microteaching lesson consultancy cannot accurately measure the degree of influence on the teaching effect. However, this study found that the proposed items for teaching improvement, which selects through group interviews with self-diagnosis and assessment by participating professors, had been applied to their classes. Finally, this study suggests several improvements to the teaching consulting program, to improve the effectiveness of professors’ teaching through the use of microteaching at P University. |
