Abstract |
The focus of this study is to understand that marriage is no longer an obstacle to the development women leaders, but is now a positive circumstance. During the spring semester every year between 2011 and 2014 at S Women’s University, a lecture was provided for students that were able to enroll in liberal arts courses. We named it: ‘Happy Marriage Leadership’. In order to verify the effectiveness of the study, there were various trainings provided to the participants in multidisciplinary points based on married life, leadership and developed liberal training. In addition, 126 participants completed questionnaires, which will be used as analysis materials and lecture evaluation. After the four years of the study, it was possible to collect essential results. Firstly, students ranked the overall satisfaction level of the course. It was 4.29/4.58 points and 4.44 to contents and setting respectively out of 5.0. Secondly, the results showed that there was an improved awareness towards effectiveness of strengths of family life for family of orientation. Finally, the course positively changed the students’ idea of marriage in terms of family and procreation and their views of marriage and children. |
