Abstract
In this study, we started from the worries of how can be utilized in a liberal arts education the NCS professional basic ability that utilize the policy of the state in the new dimension of liberal arts education. Is not only the purpose of the liberal arts education only foster background knowledge and basic character education is because it plays an important role in employment is the trouble of the largest student school, society and the actual. Therefore, the actual direction of the reform of the liberal arts based on the NCS professional basic ability to order through liberal arts education and the side to supplement a liberal arts education the missing part in the education of majors, to achieve the educational objectives required by the industry and students be carried out on demand survey of the industry, to want to see is an important objective. As a result of the analysis, honesty, sense of responsibility, attitude and manners, virtues of toughness that industry is required, and the like aggressiveness, human resources image associated with this, in human resources and with toughness, sense of purpose, creativity and spirit of challenge, The talent of these images, via a liberal arts education, there can be more extended subject. In addition, it will be possible to train the human resources with a variety of ability and toughness if industry reform of the liberal arts have been performed through the strengthening of basic ability NCS professional needs. Finally, it is not a part that can only education in subjects only NCS professional basic ability. Through the operation of the comparison process in accordance with the wishes of the students, I can extend subject thing more. The purpose of liberal arts education is always necessary liberal arts education in order to foster critical thinking of students, to adapt to society, by creating a personality. Thus, through the changes, the change is necessary for broader general education.
