In this study, we started from the worries of how can be utilized in a liberal arts education the NCS professional basic ability that utilize the policy of the state in the new dimension of liberal arts education. Is not only the purpose of the liberal arts education only foster background knowledge and basic character education is because it plays an important role in employment is the trouble of the largest student school, society and the actual.
Therefore, the actual direction of the reform of the liberal arts based on the NCS professional basic ability to order through liberal arts education and the side to supplement a liberal arts education the missing part in the education of majors, to achieve the educational objectives required by the industry and students be carried out on demand survey of the industry, to want to see is an important objective.
