Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find a way for the integrated personality education, to categorize the personality competencies for it, and to draw a silhouette of the new human-beings with them. It is also helpful to link the convergence-type subjects developed for general education to the personality education. , a convergence-type subject is an example of the link and it was developed by two professors including the writer of this paper. Humans are historical and social-cultural beings. They live therefore in relationships with the individual and the collective elements, with the intellectual, the emotional, and the material conditions of the society. Humans are also related beings with Neigung(=tendency) not only to themselves, but to the others. The personality competencies such as willpower, understanding, communication, and interaction can be more easily cultivated through the personality education than those like sovereign power, recognition, Aufhebung(=sublation) the oppositions, life respect relatively steady and durable. Nietzsche s Übermensch in Also sprach Zarathustra is one of the role models in personality education and we can find some things in common between Übermensch and the cultivated through personality education. We are living in the time when the personality is extremely degraded and in the space where we are too often faced with various threats caused owing to the lack of personality. We are also standing on the paradigm of opportunity to overcome this crisis by the educated, cultivated, and creative with intelligence, spec-lists, and the personality competencies. We can call them new human-beings.
