Abstract
In this paper, we citizens of the world to equip the spirit in the work at shaping the reality of a multicultural society and that is critically identify and recognize the world to meet citizenship sought see attitude. Korea through the modern city that is represented in the multicultural phenomenon, and the study of reflective citizenship in the era of globalization What is a preferred clock to reflect critically. The main purpose of this paper appeared in Korea s modern cultural phenomenon at the world through a systematic understanding of the qualities of being a citizen is to be expected. Global citizens the right spirit and attitude, unlike the culture and philosophy of any nation or national reconciliation and cooperation between the oriented attitude is required. Korean immigrant in a foreign country to those characteristics by injecting wish to transform into perfect Koreans way of assimilation can lead to the opposite effect. Rather, their culture first, then we accept and understand their culture and the process of sympathetic emotion is needed. Among these poets Ha Jong-Oh foreign immigrants for over 10 years exclusivity of our society continue to criticize the specimens were released. In short, the table looking at the various aspects of pluralistic society, citizens of the world do to us what a bond really cast a serious question because it has a great meaning.
