An experimental group in the coaching program for university students, which consists of 20 hours of coaching training workshop and 12 face-to-face coaching communication sessions for 12 weeks with the author of this paper and professional coaches. We did not provided coaching to control group. ANCOVA was used as covariate, which showed the effect of coaching on self-efficacy, family relations, and performance.
After three months of coaching, questionnaires were administered again. For control group, there was no difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variable. However, there was statistically significant difference between before and after measurement for experimental group.
